He was only KO'd during the 1990's. Got nothing to do with the 2000's.

The man who claims to know everything about "the sport of boxing" should know such a simple fact.

IMHO PBF shows jealousy at its finest ...

not winning the FOTD is Floyd's own undoing, if he did not retire and missed a couple of fight during the decade, he could probably won the FOTD...

No unexpected. I hope Pacquiao realizes he's being used as a tool though, not sure he does.
that's the most delusional excuse I've ever heard. The media wants nothing more than a flashy, controversial, American to be the best fighter in the world. Green is the only colour that really matters at the end of the day and if Floyd was the best fighter in the world he'd be generating even more of it.

But at some point you gotta face the facts. Pac > Floyd. Undisputable.

Floyd, Pac has achieved more now than you'll ever achieve.

Do what you're good at, sticking around Welterweight and cherry picking opponents.

Floyd, you couldn't put away Marquez, and the last time you fought someone the same size was a washed up De la hoya, and only by a split decision.

No Floyd, you haven't a chance of winning Fighter of the Decade. Pac is light years ahead.

You can understand Floyds hurt though if you think about it. Because Floyd thinks he worked hard to get that award, but was pipped to the post, even though he thought he might have it in the bag. Might be regretting taking his 2 year lay off now as well.

So you can understand his saying Pac lost twice insults and conveniently forget Pacs great performances over the last 8 years.

Floyd was more deserving of the award. IMO, losing to Morales and having 2 controversial wins in your resume should discredit Manny from getting the FOTD award ahead of Floyd. In this decade alone Floyd has defeated Zab Judah, Hatton, JMM, Sharmba Mitchell, DLH, N'dou, Victorino Sosa, Diego Corrales, Castillo, Emmanuel Augustus and Carlos Hernandez
