Damn, I just can't see Kessler winning this Saturday

Try as I might, I just can't see him dealing with the work rate and the power. I think this will be very similar to the Calzaghe fight.

Can anyone school me as to how Kessler will win this fight?

Kessler has some decent power as well and straight punches.
Froch will fight not hold so Kessler will have plenty of opportunity to land or couterpunch. Should be a good fight not sure who will win.

Yeah I love 50/50 fights. It's just hard to get Kessler's performance vs. Ward out of my head even though Froch is nothing like Ward.

That Ward fight could have lasting mental effects of Kessler though.

Style wise, everything points to Kessler winning. I dont know if hes all there mentally though. Its a pick em.

A good constant jab mixed in with some solid right cross, left hook combinations.

Kessler does not have the same will to win and sense of urgency that Froch has, but he does not seem to just wilt under pressure or constant attack. If he did have any wilt in him, Andrade and Mundine would have exposed it.

It's tough for me to see Froch just lose though.

Couldn't agree more with all the replies. Froch fights nothing like Calzaghe though. He has way more power and throws less. Kessler is a ten times better boxer. Before the Ward fight, their was no way in hell, Froch had no chance. But Froch definitely has the confidence. I just don't see that being enough. Kessler will be focused and should tear his head off. I say he stops him before 8.
