It's true...Arum is more set to take away what he can than risk losing at any cost. He is content to create drama while producing no real fights. He won't allow Pac to take tests to ensure a clean fight but will happily discuss putting Pac in a fight with a man who was caught red handed cheating. It's about money and control for Arum, he can make good money in a fight he can control the outcome, no one really thinks Margarito would be fighting to win, that would cost him more than losing would.
