I got 15K on Adamek.

Arreola still looks better than before i reckon. A little more solid. So whatever.
But Adamek will be in much better cardio shape. I just hope he got good sparring in with the bigger dudes to get him used to the heavy hands of the nightmare.

That's the question right there that's why im excited to watch....what's gonna win out speed or power.....in the HW div power will get you a long way....Chris isn't quite as fast but he can manage.....Ademek has shown good power so far....either way....gonna be a good one.....winner should win go on to do some things in the HW div no lie!

The reason it's brought up is because most of us think he is failing his potential by not bothering to get in shape. It is one piece of evidence that he isn't fully motivated to be the best. He doesn't have to look like Wlad, but if he got in shape and developed his skillset, he would do better than getting completely beaten up and whitewashed by Vitali.

If feel Adamek is over his head at heavyweight, Arreola is a great judge of that.
