Long story short my guy friends tease me in gym because they think i hit soft because im a chick. Im not a very active fighter but i do spar from time to time in gym the boys take it easy on me. Thing is i kind of got tired of it like i wanted to prove myself and got some normal home plaster and blended it with other liquids. Thing is in the morning each glove weighed like a 100 pounds. Today i challenge one of my best friends actually Jim to a spar match i was ready to shock everyone. He had his guard down because he thought id be like every other time and i started hitting him relentleslly to the face. In less than 5 seconds he stopped smiling and looking at me suspect. He started moving around the ring and then said stop he was feeling dizzy and he also got a small cut near the eye. Me being ****** trying to impress everyone load my left hand from all the way back while he was looking up and moving his neck around and hit him in the eye where he's cut because i really wanted to knock him out.

He fainted thats what it looked like fell to the floor and had blood like coming out with pressure it was scary. I got really nervous and trust me i felt bad and very guilty. He said it was okay and that he took me lightly. He went to the hospital and i got the call just now that he was okay and that he'll need some time to rest. Im thinking about telling him but i dont think i will. Im just worried about his health now. I think i won't say anything and next time not try and load my gloves or just not use so much plaster. I've never did that before so i didnt know how much was enough. How have you guys dealed with things like this?
