very few matchups, in ANY sport, have the capability to captivate not only the public, but even those who participate in the same sport. mayweather-pacquiao NEEDS to happen, and anybody who says otherwise, or would accept anything less, is NOT a true fan of the sport.....

I don't think any of us are dis*****g that, it's just rather ironic that "The Mouth" is talking about other fighters instead of Klitschko-Haye, which boxing needs almost as much.

MAYWEATHER/PACQUIAO would be a great fight. I think PACQUIAO can beat him and possibly stop him. On the other hand, to sday that this fight NEEDS to happen is another story. MAYWEATHER being the idiot that he is, PUNKED out of the fight by doing something that has never been done before in the sport of boxing. MOSLEY/PACQUIAO is a better fight in my opinion. That would be the fight of the CENTURY!! Not MAYWEATHER/PACQUIAO. All MAYWEATHER will do is what he always does against LESSER opposition, and that's POP SHOT you throwing 40punches a round. MOSLEY and PACQUIAO are willing to DIE in the ring and that means a CLASSIC for boxing fans. I think it's hilarious how you guys say punked out of the fight by "doing something that has never been done before in the sport of boxing" as you put it. But I don't ever recall making a demand for 10 million dollar penalty for every pound overweight either. So let me ask you. If Mayweather would of called off the negotiations after Pac made that demand. Would you feel the same way about Pac as you do about Mayweather now?

Not only that but making a champion defend his title at a catch-wt then fighting your next fight at the weight limit. There's no way a fighter gets KO'd @106 then goes up to 130 has hell there and a 50% KO ratio then goes up to 147 and has a 90-95% KO ratio there. That is total BS. This is equivalent to Ricardo Lopez KOing Donald Curry. BS!
