Shane should've never made that comment about writing Floyd's check. We all know the pecking order at GBP, and Mosley is not near the top. When he said "basically, I'm writing his check", I looked over to my friend and said "not really Shane".

It was a dumb comment and isn't doing him any favors. He knew by saying that it would open the door for Floyd.

EXACTLY ! I saw the same things. Like Mosley said , for the Oscar fight Floyd went frantic, for the JMM fight he didn't cause he knew this was in the bag, especially after what he did to JMM with the weight, but now we have never seen Floyd so scared , so wound up, he is about to pop. Oscar got it way worse than Shane is getting it. Floyd told Oscar "you could be 160, and I'd be 130 and I would STILL beat you". Ouch.

Floyd is merely retaliating for the very same things that Shane said on the ESPN broadcast. Only Floyd is willing to say it with more venom, and he draws a bigger audience to listen.

There are things that Shane does better than Floyd. Media manipulation isn't one of them. Shane needs to pick his battles better. Keep it in the ring.
