Floyd must really be worried about Shane to be talking this much about his personal life.
I think I have read/heard my fill of trash regarding this fight. There is nothing left but to fight so I'll just bypass these he said he said articles from now on between these two.

On his purse for the Marquez fight

Floyd Mayweather Jr.’s $10 million purse just got smaller for his return to boxing Saturday night at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. Mayweather Jr. came in two pounds over the agreed-upon 144 pounds for his welterweight bout with Juan Manuel Marquez and will face a fee of an undisclosed amount. ...

Since he last fought 21 months ago, unbeaten Floyd Mayweather Jr. has watched Manny Pacquiao surpass him as the boxer considered the world's best with a 2008 fighter of the year award and a second-round flooring in May of Ricky Hatton, the same man dropped by Mayweather in December 2007 in 10…

Floyd Mayweather Jr. weighed in at 146 pounds on Friday afternoon, two pounds heavier than the weight stipulated in the contract for his comeback fight against lightweight champion Juan Manuel Marquez on Saturday night at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.

So this talk about a nose job, and pointing out that he took a lose when he divorced his wife/manager is somehow a "new level" of **** talking.I'm not impressed.

Floyd is amazing. One minute he is sensitive to someone talking about his financial troubles, but he likes to make the troubles of others public knowledge.

I think Floyd is just being Floyd, I just don't find this info so shocking. Okay fine i didn't know about the nose job, but then again i didn't care.

Now the whole Jin situation i assumed was common knowledge. It' not spoken about in the media, but if you get a divorce from your wife, and she also happens to be your manager, then guess what; you're ****ed, she's taking your $$$.

What you find boring a lot of people don't
It doesn't make sense, Floyd acts that way SO people will hate him and want him to lose. He wants people to hate him, or love him, but no middle ground.

You don't think there are loudmouths out there that you don't like? You wouldn't think that someone that picks on others that are weaker than them or talk crap about people behind their back are scumbags?

So you are telling me that all you care about is if someone talks about you or your family and they can act any old kind of way towards anyone else? wow.

Floyd made a gauranteed $10 million dollar purse to fight Marquez
Floyd owed the IRS $6.5 million
                      Floyd settled for $5.5 million
Floyd is in the 35% tax bracket so he owed $3.5 million off the Marquez purse
Trainers get 10% of a fighters purse which means Roger gets $1 million
Leonard Ellerbe gets 1% of Floyd purse as an advisor
We dont even know what Al Haymon's portion of Floyds purse is
Not to mention the little know fact that Floyd still has a financial obligation to James Prince

                      Lets do the math:
$10million-$5.5 million to the IRS for back taxes - $3.5 million for the current purse - $1 million in training fees = $0.0

Now Floyd doesnt have to pay Ellerbe and Haymon. He borrows money from GBP and Al Haymon. Who is he to talk?
dude u are out of your mind if you think he only made 10 million off of the marquez fight... 1mill in ppv sales = 10 million? no way no happening bud. I would say he probably made somewhere near 20-25 million and marquez probably made 5-7 million...

DLH made 52 million off of his fight with May
May made 25 million off of that fight...

2.5 million in ppv= roughly 77 million for both fighters... u do the math
