    The WBA has rescheduled purse bids for three fights. For the vacant middleweight title, Anthony Mundine vs Gennady Golovkin, for the flyweight title with champion Daiki Kameda and mandatoryTakefumi Sakata and for the light heavyweight title with champion Beibut Shumenov and mandatory Vyacheslav Uzelkov - the bidding will now take place on Monday, May 3rd, 2010 at 12:00 p.m., at the Wynn Resort & Casino on 3131 S Las Vegas Blvd in Las Vegas, Nevada.

    Uzelkov finally gets a shot awesome. I hope the Golovkin Mundine fight comes off without Universum screwing it up out of spite.

      I have heard Golovkin is quite good, so don't expect Mundine to fight him.....

          Golovkin, was a damn monster in the ameteurs and he is looking pretty good in the pros!!


          # 2003 won the World Championships in ****kok, Thailand as a Middleweight. Results were:

          * Defeated Matvey Korobov (Russia) PTS (19-10)
          * Defeated Andy Lee (Ireland) PTS (29-9)
          * Defeated Lucian Bute (Romania) KO-4
          * Defeated Yordanis Despaigne (Cuba) PTS (29-26)
          * Defeated Oleg Mashkin (Ukraine) RSCI-2




          2004 Middleweight Olympic Silver Medalist as a member of the Kazakhstani Olympic Team. His results were:

          * Defeated Ali Ahmed Khan (Pakistan) 31-10
          * Defeated Ramadan Yasser (Egypt) 31-20
          * Defeated Andre Dirrell (USA) 23-18
          * Lost to Gaydarbek Gaydarbekov (Russia) 18

            Shumenov is a bum. I thought he was decent until I actually saw him fight. One trick pony. He goes NOWHERE in the light heavy division. Bad Chad smokes him like a cheap sack of dope.
