Look at these guys arms. Looks like a couple string beans with a bump on them. I've seen female models with more mass.

I've never seen a fighter leave himself so damn open while throwing a punch! I felt pure sorry for the guy after just 2 min's of watching him, and Shannon being the pro that he is recognized his poor defense right away and took full advantage of it (as well he should).

he said he was more afraid of Teddy than anything with this comeback fight...lol...

but he did point out his weight...again, he doesn't LOOK bad, but he could shet a few which would make him more active...

he is already one of the fastest HWs out there...probably right up there near Byrd and Tyson
He seemed very humble (or modest) and had no problem pointing out his own areas that need improvement..thats rare and I loved it. I think he is just so very happy to be back in the sport and having a good win min's before had him in a jolly ole mood! He's a little refreshing to a sour division, so I definately welcome him back

Exactly. I thought one of the rules of boxing was to protect yourself at all times

Okine definitely chucked that one out the window...

I thought it was funny how Teddy Atlas was all (paraphrasing), "Okine is laying his head on the right side after he punches...if Shannon would just throw the left with a right behind it this would be over." It was basically like target practice. Sinxjinx got me all excited to watch Okine too...he said he was Ibeabuchi-like.

Countering him had to be one of the easiest things Briggs has ever had to do..every time he'd throw a punch that left hand went down to his side. and he was bad to drop the right when throwing a jab too. Defense?? Were.......
