No he didnt duck floyd with weight penalty. Floyd was guilty of missing weight on purpose against JMM. So a substantial amount of money for missing weight was called for. manny has said manny times on camera that hes cool with testing as long as he has a couple days to recover. but when it comes to nego, why was he standing by 30 then 24 days. didnt want to come down to 14 when he said himself that loong as testing stop a couple days before hand, hes fine.
