I don't think I'm too worried about Tyson. He was vicious against Williams and killing him before the knee injury. It was like two different fights before and after the knee injury.
I don't think Tyson is a top 10 fighter anymore, but he still has some "one punch KO" ability and should have it for a few more years. That alone might get him to a top contender position. Who knows, maybe even a title shot.
Having said that, If he does loose to McBride his future fights will loose all legitimacy and be no more than a circus show.
He, like all boxers, will ultimately "hang em up". when he does, I will miss his kick ass style.
Physically Tyson is in the top 10, if he can get himself there mentally is another story. He looked wicked in the beginning of the Williams fight.I honestly think he is gonna look good tommorow, if he was screwing around in camp Fenech would of walked out like he did when they were training for Etienne. With Jeff Fenech staying in camp it adds some credibility to Mikes desire.
He shouldn't be doing this at his age. How old is he now, 40?
Always one of the smallest-ever heavyweights, with his diminished speed, punch resistance and punching power he's going to get himself seriously hurt. I dread to think of him going up with a prime Vitali in his 30s.
worried about tyson's safety? nah, I think I could take McPushover out. He will have trouble with all 4 of the HW champs though. He's simply not what he used to be.
