Honestly you can't win a fight doing the things Dirrell did against a champ in their hometown. Whether you like it or not, falling down, running, excessive clinching etc won't get the job done if your the challenger going against the champ.

Remember you gotta take the title from the champ. That is how it's always been whether you like it or not.

He came forward landed some punches. I am not a big Frotch or Dirrell fan. I found it a hard fight to judge. Dirrell did some good things. But Falling when he was in danger looked bad. So did turning his back and running. Ring generalship can win you fights being a big scaredy cat can lose you one. I think Dirrell learned his lesson looked better in the Abraham fight.

to be the champ you have to beat the champ, that's the saying

dirrell didn't beat him, he did basically **** all in the fight except all the negative ****.

froch did **** all positively in the fight either, the fight was a total shocker, worst than even calzaghe/hopkins.

Dirrels tactics made this fight ****, with froch reacting to this with some of his own ****(rabbit punches).

froch didn't do a thing in that fight but throw dirrell down,i had dirrel winning but dirrell was acting ******ed in that fight he should have stood his ground more.

the fact is, if froch beat dirrell without controversy you wouldnt still be bringin up this **** months after the fight. you like boxrec dont you! do you like the fact that they rank dirrell above froch?

At the time I was a Froch fan, and could care less for Dirrell.

My dad also, but after the fight we though Dirrell got robbed.
