hes always in bad shape, what else is new? whats interesting to me is adamek looks to be almost the naturally bigger man. i mean arreola weighs much more but its cuz he doesnt train properly, i mean he was a MW in the ams. looking at how tall he is, how wide shoulders he has etc he doesnt strike me as a big man just an obese one. eighter way adamek is gonna knock his lights outComment

Arreola has said he's coming in at high 230s/low 240s, let's wait for the weigh ins to see if he speaks the truth or not.Comment

He then blew up to 236 within 2 years. Adamek fought at 178 when he was 20 as well, though he had just moved from 165 but for all I know Arreola might have had a hard time making 178 so I think there is some natural size advantage, not to mention he's been fighting at a higher weight for a longer period of time but like you said a lot of it is just fat. The height difference doesn't seem to be anymore then an inch.Comment

Adamek was fighting at 175 when he was fully mature, from his mid-20s to his early 30s.
Arreola has not fought below below 230 since the age of 20 or so.
No doubt about it, Adamek is the naturally smaller man. And Arreola's boxing ability is underestimated by many people: he's not a brawler, he's a technically-skilled boxer-puncher with a lot of amateur experience.
Arreola is the worst possible heavyweight opponent for Adamek, except for the Klitschkos.Comment
