I expect them to talk about it too, but this ****er doesn't deserve to be honored for anything in his career.

Do you think HBO will or should honor Valero after knowing the result of his death was due to him taking someone else's life... a murderer.
Not usually when it's a suicide, and specifically a murder upon another person. They might talk about it though.

i think they will mention it on both networks, but i dont think they will honor him.i remember when the news came out of chris benoit and his familys death, the wwe did a tribute show for him.but when it was confirmed that he killed them and then himself, vince mcmahon came out and said they were canceling another scheduled tribute and would no longer mention him.i think the same will happen with valero

Even though Valero went out like a ***** by killing his wife first, the memorial 10-count is used to recognize tragic losses to the boxing world. If this situation doesnt qualify as a tragedy, I dont know what does.

A 10-count in no way endorses his actions, it merely signifies the loss to the boxing community. And I'm sure there would be plenty of commentary behind it so as not to give anyone the impression that his actions are approved by the network or anyone else.

Carlos Monzon got a 10 count. So did Arguello, Gatti, and Mitch Halpern. Although the last 3 didnt kill anyone but themselves, and there are still doubts about the Gatti situation. But if Don King can get in the Boxing Hall of Fame, then surely Valero can get a 10 count.

10-counts are NOT a character reference.
