HBO Needs To Put It's Free Fights In Theater For people Without HBO

Think about it. Wouldn't that be a smart thing to do? Just charge the normal going price for a movie.. Theres 300 million people in the US, and only like 60-80 million have HBO. I guarantee there a few boxing fans that would want to go pay 8 or 9 bucks bucks to see two good fights.

It would help promote there fighters, which is the ultimate goal anyways. Why else would you pay them, and put them on HBO for free, and not PPV. Just have the theaters put up a poster outside a week in advance.

It would just be great for HBO, and boxing as a whole. they wouldn't have to share revenue with the boxers since they just pay them anyways.

I think it'd be better if they just offered high quality/HD streams online for a few dollars or some ****. I doubt they'd put BAD in theaters.

Online streams will never overdue big screens, and regular tv.

People like social gatherings. I think many people would go. Most theaters sell out for these big fights.

At worst, it would promote different fighters for a week with a poster in different theaters. Promote with the actual fight on big screen. Make them some extra cash.

t/s are you serious... those fights arent free you have to have a subscription to hbo to watch them... so they would be ****ing up their own money as well as the satellite/cable providers money if they did such a thing

I'm not sure how easy it is to set up fights in theaters every week.
