Who is now #1 at Junior Middleweight?

Martinez and Williams will both be ranked @160 now. So who deserves to be #1 now and who is actually the best fighter left in the division? Spinks, Cintron, Foreman, or Dzindziruk

Martinez will have to rematch Pavlik and defend against Williams after he takes care of Cintron. These guys are done @ 154 they have a lineal ring belt at stake @160 for more money involved. Actually everyone else might move up to get a crack at it

I would rank Paul over Spinks because he looked terrible but other then that thats fine.
