What he did was cheap and truly cowardly, but as Larry said, God will be the judge.

Please let it be known that I am not letting him off the hook here, but it did cross my mind and I did ask myself if his previous brain injury, while taking punches for a living, may have placed him in an unstable and psychotic state of mind.

As we all know, brain injuries can change a persons personality forever. Him being in this sport, moving up in weight and facing bigger and bigger punchers, makes me wonder.

I guess we will never know. I for now will still condemn him for the violence towards his wife while not not seeking help for himself. Even if he was in a compromised state, I believe he still should have known right from wrong.
