He shows more love for puerto rico then he does Colombia in my opinion. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but it just seems kind of odd to me.

It happens sometimes. de la Hoya showed more love for Mexico than America.

Oscar is part Mexican! As far as I know, Miranda is not Puerto Rican at all and just trains and lives there. Pretty sure Miranda is 100 percent Colombian blood but I could be wrong.

He lives in Puerto Rico now and he's legally Puerto Rican. de la Hoya was born in the U.S. but he shows love for Mexico. I think it's similar.

I was at the fight on Saturday and although they had the Columbian flag in the ring, the announcer said "from Puerto Rico, fighting out of USA"

I forgot the names of the cities but he definately said "from some city, Puerto Rico"

Why would he rep columbia? I mean he was basically treated like he was sub-human there, a homeless kid eating roadkill etc just to survive. In PR, he is loved, treated like a human and has made a great life for himself there.

Who were you rooting for and did you enjoy the fight at all? Plus, did you get any good undercards in Canada?
