Poll-Guess Arreola's weight vs Adamek?

We've heard this question before. He said he has a bet with his trainer that he will make 239 for the wiegh in. What will he weight for fridays weigh in?

239? He was what? 253 vs Vitali? Plus his trainer/nutritionist said they got him to work harder than usual in the training for that fight.

I think since Adamek isn't a title fight he will proberbly do more eating than training. If he beats Adamek ill be pretty damn suprised

I'm saying 245 or under, I think he will be in terrific shape. I think that beating he took from Vitali is only going to make him smarter, well hopefully for his careers sake.

245-249. He's losing weight, but not as much as he claims he is.

I'm going to say somewhere between what he weighed for the Klitschko and Minto bouts. If he comes in at 140-145 then Adamek might be in trouble but I have a hard time believing at this point that Arreola is willing to but in that kind of work.

Sometimes fighters might come in heavy against lighter opponents hoping the weight will be an advantage but often it backfires as the smaller fighter's speed is too much for the heavier slower fighter. Smart thinking says he should come in slightly light in hopes he would be sharp and in top shape. But this is Arreola we are talking about!

If he is 239, he might aswell destroy Adamek and even stop Adamek early... HMMM... I wonder how much dedication Arreola has to this fight. His weight will be the difference in this fight. And the heavier he is, of course the more it will affect his hand-speed and his foot-work.
