why do slick guys show boat and not pressure fighters?

Why do slick boxers show boat and not pressure fighters? Sometimes Pressure guys show boat a bit. But it happens way more with slick guys.

Because showboating can add to the psychological edge a slicker fighter has in making his opponent miss, pressure fighters are too busy on the task at hand with hunting down his opponent.

Because its their style. Pressure fighters on the other hand are more flatfooted, so they're forced to put forth pressure at all times or else they won't be able to keep up.

Still they have some time. Its not like they are going to get hit, because the guy is moving away in most cases. Its more risky for the slick guy to show boat. If they can make the slick guy mad maybe he would stand and fight more.Or make a mistake.

Psychology. Many times the thinking is if I showboat it will make him madder, therefore making him trying to punch me harder which will make him miss even more.

It was funny when Miranda was show boating when he was hurt by Bute.

Yeah I agree. But it could work vice versa also. If the slick guy gets mad he might not avoid the punch.

I like it better when a guy showboats and taunts within range. Wow, you showboat when you're out of range. Big ****ing deal.

Here's a pressure fighter taunting and clowning, and doing it within range.
