difference is leonard had losses. i dont think floyd risks his zero for the amount of money martinez would bring, a 147 fight would make more sense honestly. in a 147 fight, i think floyd out skills martinez to a ud but at i 154 i have martinez by decision.

I am not a fan of catchweights but they seem to be becoming the norm nowadays.
Martinez was 167 last night. He can make 154 still.

Would be a close fight but i still think Martinez at his natural weight would beat Floyd to a decision.

We all know DLH stamina is shit.
Not to mention he was an old man in boxing years.

Sergio is a young 35 with superior speed, reflexes and athletic ability than DLH.

lmao at dlh winning the fight before he gassed.

dlh won 3 rounds and thats being generous.

I agree that Martinez is not a huge LMW, but I cant see Floyd fighting a larger fighter like Sergio unless he could add another belt/at another weight class to his resume.

Unless he was going to make 20-40 million, and i dont see anyone at 154-160 being able to generate that amount of money. Except Cotto but i think if Floyd fights him it will be back at 147.

                154- Floyd wins.

                160-Martinez wins

Martinez TKO. Seriously floyd's great but he is human.

Also Dela hoya may not have been at his all time peak but he was still WBC champion. He had to be doing something right.

I don't think he should fight him either. It makes no sense too unless Floyd will start campaigning at 154. I was just playing along with the question.
