The only information released was Valero saying he killed her haha. You are reaching, stop staying up late watching CSI and action movies. Valero wasn't a ****ing politician with the corrupt goverment or secret socities trying to tarnish his name for political gain...... he was a alcoholic, wife beating, athlete who snapped to day and killed his wife. If someone really wanted to go through all this work to send him to set him up they would Gatti him, they would kill him and make it look like a suicide.
