Who put Gatti (R.I.P.) in the ring with Floyd???

Just watched Floyd vs Gatti again and truthfully, I wouldn't call it a good fight. The reason being that it wasn't a fight... It was a freaking massacre. Whoever matched Gatti up with Floyd had to be smoking betty (pcp) when he OKed that fight. But I will always have love for Arturo Gatti. He is a true champion. Rest in peace champ.

yea, but damn that **** was brutal.... and honestly, I don't want Berto to fight Shane, Floyd or Pac because I can see some brutal **** like that happening to Berto. I mean, Berto will get his shots but he gets wobbled in almost every fight..

That fight ruined a lot of other fights. After seeing that, Cotto and hatton wanted to parts of Floyd.

Basically because Gatti (At Boardwalk Hall anyway) was a big draw.

Gatti beleived he was on Floyds level and asked for the fight. Beleive it or not, a lot of posters in here thought he had a chance. They wont admit it now.
