He probably does have brain damage and I think thats pretty clear. People saying, "you dont know, maybe he was forced etc..." are slow. You could also blame aliens, or a jealous Freddie Roach who paid to have him framed. He did it, he admitted it, theres 2 options here in my opinion. Either try to fix him psychologically or give him the death penalty.

The thing that makes me mad about this, is because we never got to see him "fall" in the ring, he will be deified and his legend will grow. 10 years from now there will be posts like "Valero would have been the best ever" or "maybe Valero will get out and clean up this division." Think about it, had Tyson gone to jail before douglas or had died right before the fight, people would consistently say he was the best ever.
