I don't necessarily think that way myself but having seen it happen with the likes of Tony Ayala and others, who also had their career cut short, it's likely that Valero will become one of the could've, would've, should have beens.

In my eyes Valero, Ibeabuchi, Ayala and all the others who ruined their careers with their own actions are nothing compared to the true professionals who showed their class both inside and outside the ring.

he'll get the ike ibeabuchi treatment.

people will say he would have koed pacquiao , marquez , hatton , etc.
He will surely have his own "fanbase" when it has all settled down which greatly annoys me.

Yeah time to disband the Caveman Crew.

It's a shame he could have never whipped Pac in a real fight like when he beat Pac's ass in sparring.

      Oh well.

This is very sad news. It shouldn't have lead to this. Wife should have pressed charges before, but I do think that she was also very frightened of him and she was afraid to press charges.

He was a ticking time bomb waiting to explode.

        R.I.P. Mrs. Valero.

Whether he did this or not, this dude clearly is unfit to be in the ring ever again. I think the commissions were right not to let him box due to the head trauma from that accident. This guy is troubled and deeply disturbed. The loss of the only person that cared for him, by his own hands or not, ain't going to help matters for ****. He is insane.

I wouldn't be suprised if he is indeed guilty of killing his wife. This is after all Edwin Valero we're talking about. He has beaten up his wife several times and also put a beating on his mother and sister, that **** is not normal. The last time he knocked his wife silly why did he only get rehab and not jail time? I mean his wife was hospitalized for a broken rib that penetrated her lung?

Guilty or not Edwin Valero is insane.

The article is legit, its the headline in El Universal's webpage:

She was only 24 years old. Valero really ****ed up this time around, he will get charged with first degree murder.
