I was just posting about how good of a job Loew did in a different thread. That was some of the best corner work I've ever heard. I have never liked the guy, but I was really impressed. Kelly Pavlik would be a fool to leave him, in my opinion. Maybe Manny Steward could show him a thing or two about how to use his height more effectively, but other than that, I don't think anyone can motivate him like Loew. You simply can't beat everybody, it's not the trainer's fault. He needs a new cutman immediately though.

kelly needs a fresh perspective, a better training environment and needs someone who could teach him new tricks as well as how to counter the slick sht.

for starters, someone should teach him how to properly throw a left hook or how to pivot and punch.

I had Pavlik by a point,but there were some give and take rds.

I'll agree with you that Jack Leow is a good trainer but how you had Pavlik winning by anything is beyond everyone, you absolutely have to be in a category by yourself b/c Pavlik even said he lost. He clearly lost the rounds 1-4, rounds 5-7 were Pavliks including the Knockdown so that tied it up but 9-12 were all Martinez. Pavlik landed nothing after rounds 8 and the argument can be made round 9 was a 10-8 b/c Pavlik looked about out of it. What was it Jack Leow said when Pavlik came back to the corner I think it was. "Don't you fu$king say it Kelly, Don't say it you can still win" Martinez just had more will and determination. The cuts and blood didn't help either Jesus Kelly just got an ass kicking tonight

Pavlik needs to watch Rocky 3. Where Apollo took him to the jungle lol 2 get him some rhythm. Give him some dance lessons he's to straight up and down. Basically he's 2 damn stiff. The music he comes out to is an indicator of how is camp goes, KORN will not get you far in the long run.

Trainer did a fine job, Pavlik was flatlined the first and last four rounds of the fight. He needs to take some time off and re-evaluate.

He said he couldnt see. Loews was afraid the corner doctor would hear it and stop the fight.
