everyone keeps saying in every tyson fight "he'll catch up to him, hit him once, and knock him out." the last guy he did that against was etienne and etienne is a joke and has a very weak chin. as much as i hate byrd, byrd is damn sure hard to catch, especially since tyson is nowhere near as fast as he used to be.

Tyson would have no trouble at all with Byrd. Byrd is not that hard to catch. Tyson would back his ass against the ropes and pummel him until he fell over or until Tyson get tired. Then Tyson would take a rest. Then go back and pummel his ass on the ropes again. It makes mr sick how overrated Chris Byrd is. The way he is talked about in the media etc.. He is also listed by Boxrec as the number 1 heavyweight in the world. And the guy is the most shameless liar and self promoter ever. When you fight a guy like Byrd you aim at his chest and that is what Tyson does against these type of opponents if you saw the Spinks fight.

I know I will be called a hater,etc. But do these Tyson fans watch his fights? He is a shell of the great fighter he was 16 years ago. He doesn't move anymore. He just comes straight in hoping to land a bomb. The great Tyson I remember so long ago was a boxer/puncher. He was beautiful in the ring. The biggest thing he seems to lack now is fighting heart. His heart just doesn't seem to be in it. He has always been a front runner and folds when people fight back. His invincibilty is long gone. He is destined to become a punching bag becuase of his drawing power at the gate. It is my opinion that his story will have an ugly ending.

and yes, Klitschko would beat him up badly.

I wouldnt go so far as to call him a joke, although I doubt he is a threat to Vitali, sad to say Ruiz too, although Tyson would have a shot at ending it early like david tua did. I dont think he can climb back to the top, but I think he can end his career on a higher note if he can possibly do some serious damage before he retires.

Well I wasn't really calling Tyson a joke, I think what they are doing to him and the people is a joke. They are making us pay for total CRAP. I mean honestly, is $50 dollars worth it to watch Tyson knock out some bum in the 1st or 2nd round? Will you feel great or that your money was spent well because you saw Tyson knock out a bum and really take no step towards showing he can be champion again? This guy is going to provide for Tyson a sparring match if that.
If Tyson ever fought Vitali, he'd be kept at range being peppered with the long jab and jab turned left hook of Vitali. Vitali is very smart and underrated by his ring smarts. Look at when he fought Williams, when Williams went down at the end of like the 7th rd, he was smart, knew it was a slip and didn't try to rush in to finish him off and get caught by something big and careless.

i mean, danny williams beat tyson by getting lucky that tysons knee got injured, and then got a shot at klitschko.
