I can't believe Martinez is percieved as a runner. Did you see Pavlik's face?

When you have such a beautiful face like sergio, you best be protecting it.

Mayweather can potshot, box, counter, fight in the pocket, bodywork..

Plus u never see Floyd take punishment as Martinez showed in his face in both today and the Pwill fight...
Floyd has never taken on a challenege as what Martinez has dealt with in his past two fights. "The most feared man in boxing" and the #1 middleweight for liek 2-3 years running now.

beginning of his career maybe but def not now. cut those numbers in half and that's his # of punches thrown nowadays.

also martinez is MUCH more entertaining to watch than Mayweather.

wow, he doesn't fight anything like mayweather, exact opposite...

today he fought more like pacquiao (the pacquiao gameplan against de la hoya)..

it was good work for him 2...he would pop pavlik with his straight left then step to his right, doubled up with the left, used his jab to offset pavliks own jab, and boxed on the outside...then in the later rounds, he pulled away with his in and out combos (jab, cross, jab, cross)...

he earned it here (and should of earned it against P Will)...
