It's not just Floyd fans buying PPV though. It's alot of casual fans who get caught up in pre-fight hype. GBP and Mayweather do a great job at promoting. Then you have guys who buy fights to watch him lose.

That doesnt make it right. Brittney spears isnt really a great musician but she has sold 30 million records.
