I've been telling you Johnny-come-latelys for so long that Sergio is the truth.

I have been featuring him on my blog for awhile.

In fact his most impressive win might be over Shark Attack but whatever.

        Don't follow the logic IMO,.
Cotto's done a lot do not get me wrong, but his two defeats have been beat downs and had a shady decision over Clottey, he's looking like damaged goods already and I believe Cotto slipping little by little of that list...

i think top 5 is way too high, though I'm not sure who else deserves to be up there.

I see Martinez in the TOP 5 I will even put him over Williams and Cotto...
Top 5 definately but since he didnt get the decision he deserved in the Williams fight I dont think he will be put there at least top 10 though.

According to Burner he should be number 2 since we all know he beat Williams and he beat Pavlik tonight.

Over Cotto. When he gets in with P-dub again we can talk about top 5. These 3 MW's will probably all get in the ring with one another. It's good for boxing.

You can't put him over Williams though. After the rematch, if Sergio wins, no problem but right now he has a loss to Williams so you can't put him there yet.

Ya, he's on his decline perhaps.

Now that being stated I've seen far too much boxing to hastily put a guy like Sergio Martinez in the top 5 P4P OR rate him above a class champ like Cotto. Let's see him rematch Williams.

If he does beat Pwill.........then probably that's about right maybe.

He's Definitely Top 6 Pound for Pound possibly 5.

He defines p4p if you ask me.

He holds the WBC belt in two weight division and beat someone who could have fought at light heavyweight tonight.

He Beat Cintron (Yes, He Beat Him)
He had a very close fight with Williams (Most feel he won/ I can care less though)
He Beat the Middleweight champion in Pavilk.

He's done more recently than a lot of the Top 5 Pound 4 pounders.

                      Martinez deserves it.
