But yea Pacquiao is the face of boxing but even when he hasnt fought he gets the cover?

There are some many deserving fighters that should get a cover spot. Pacquiao isnt the most deserving guy every single month

I think it's GBP's way of arming themselves in case Top Rank takes them to court, since they went out of their way to tarnish "their own fighter's" image. So, this is their way of saying, that there's no conflict of interest.

Keep in mind, GBP technically is still PAC's promoters. But, that's only on paper, they really don't do **** for PAC but collect a small percentage everytime PAC fights. It's basically free money.
