                R.I.P. Sam.

I have lurked this site for 5 years mainly because I don't know as much about boxing as everyone here and look forward to what everyone brings to the table to educate me.

You were one of the posters I always looked forward to reading. My condolences to his family and friends.

I didn't know the guy very well but I remember reading his posts and him having a big love for Boxing, always sad when one of our brothers is gone.

My path didn't cross with his much, but he was a frequent poster who always liked to put forth his opinion and it's obvious that he was a very well respected member among the community. My condolences go out to his family and friends and I hope he's now at peace. It sure puts into perspective all the petty squabbles and name calling on here. Life is precious and very fragile.....live today, gone tomorrow. Tragic.

I wonder if the story has made local press? Does anybody know where he was from?
