ok, u guys are annoying me with this floyd ducked winky nonsense. floyd never ducked winky, the fight just never lined up. while there was talk about a possible fight, there was never any agreement and if i remember correctly, the sticking point was the weight, there was no way floyd could come up and i dont think winky wanted to go down. so the fight never made sense.

i love both fighters, ive watched more fights on these two than any other current fighter. could winky beat floyd??? totally possible. but floyd has always found a way to adapt in every fight he's ever fought. so i never count him out, even against a difficult style like winkys.

u guys cant just come around boxing and act like u kno what you r talking about with this ducking nonsense. if u were watching boxing at the time u knew shane fought winky, but shane had already been in the ring with fighters at 154, including 2 with dlh after coming off fights with a huge ww in forrest. there was no way in hell floyd was going up to 154 to fight winky at the time the fight was being tlked about.

I'm not saying Floyd ducked Wright.An correct me if I'm wrong(sometimes that happens)But Shane beat Hoya then fought Winky twice the fight was being discussed once Winky beat Shane the second time.Once that fight was known that it was not gonna come off Winky Move up to MW and Floyd fought Hoya were?At 154lb so to say there was no way in hell Floyd was going up there but yet went up there to fight Winky then what is that telling you.IMHO Styles make fights Winky style is wrong for anybody that's just a fact.Money most likely said high risk low reward I'm not taking that fight.Oscar on the other hand is High risk But very HIGH REWARD so of course you take that fight.Don't mean he duck Wright he just had no reason to fight him.

Who he fights is almost completely up to his promoters and managers, he just fights them. Who do you want him to fight? Berto? You say a Margarito fight is BS but im pretty sure you were thinking a Floyd Marquez fight was a great matchup. Pacs reputation wouldnt be hurt as much as Floyds if they dont fight because Floyd is thought of by many to pick and choose easier and small fighters

what fighter has floyd fought that was smaller besides marquez? it was said on 24/7 that hatton comes down from 175 so i don't know how he would be considered smaller than mayweather. You're obviously a person who hasn't followed Mayweather's career just his LAST fight or two.

he's thought of...but real ppl who kno boxing kno this is false. sure he's fought a lot of smaller guys as of late, but the reason he could afford t do that now is because when he was at the lower weights, he beat a number of top fighters that were bigger than himself and he even beat dlh at his prime weight. regardless, he beats mosely his legacy is pretty good. he fights pac, win or lose hes a top 25 atg.

pac has been on a tear as of late, but if u look at his victories they have been against fighters who were not on the rise like himself. margs does nothing for him. fight mayweather, prove you are the best. hes not a tool, he can demand any fight he wants, im not going to excuse him if the margs fight happens, hes the best fighter in the world! his rep wouldnt be hurt as much, thats true, but it will still take a beating, especially if he doesnt even try to get the deal done with whoever wins the may 1st fight.

umm if you're 31 i hope that you can actually read!! I said some people have different ways of showing it. like makin it rain, expensive cars, and big mansions. NOONE needs a mansion or a $200,000 car. So obviously it's just bragging. So why are you only focusing on Mayweather. Floyd is not asking anyone to care about his money. He's simply saying he's smarter than Shane as a fighter and a businessman.

The smartest man is not the one that makes that most money, its the man that uses that money correctly and we all know that isnt Floyd with IRS following his every step.....I mean Tyson made more then 300 million in his career which is way more then Floyd but he is bankrupt. Me personally I could care less about the whole thing. I was just makin sure you was ridin with Mosley through the good times and the bad. As I'm sure you're wondering if me and others will be ridin with Mayweather if he loses May 1st. For me anyway YES. I am pissed that this is coming out now. It's kinda gettin in the way of the fight and taking peoples mind off the megafight. But i'm sure 24/7 will get us refocused tonight
