these ******s need to learn reading and listening comprehension. I'm not saying I agree with him, I'm sure he was acting from those light rabbit punches. But Hopkins in this interview is saying that those punches affected him so badly in rounds 6-12 that he was fighting completely on instinct and thrown off his game plan and THAT'S why he's saying the old Roy Jones would have taken advantage of this weak, hurt Hopkins and would have beaten him.

i wasn't calling you the ******, I was half responding to you and saying how these other bums are misinterpreting the video and what Hopkins is saying. Hopkins is in NO way saying that Jones could beat him. He's saying a prime Jones would have beaten an injured blinded Hopkins who was seeing spots and seeing double vision. Its actually a good interview. Hopkins speaks the truth throughout it and admits Roy isn't the roy of 93. Says that he expected roy to give it one last hoorah after the danny green loss and show everyone why he is so great, and is disappointed he didn't do that.

Maybe the Jones who fought Lacy could have he hadn't been knocked out or down in a while, i think the Green fight just killed his confidence again though. Was times in the Bhop fight were even i saw openings for Jones to land stuff but he just didn't throw at all and when he did his handspeed appeared slower then Bhops somehow

After watching Jones-Toney, I couldn't in a million years imagine that his career would end like this, shot, being headbutted for free, with a crowd of 6.5k watching.

It almost always ends badly for the great ones. I just hope Jones stays out of the ring. Please.

Hopkins is a joke.. i mean Jones and Calzaghe are known dirty fighters and have had numerous instances of them fouling in there 80 + combined fights.... NOT!!

Yet Hopkins is down plenty of times crying fouls.. I saw Hopkins hit Roy on the ****ing Cup constantly going in with his head down trying to butt, Roy doesn't fall down like a little ***** even in his shot state. Yet Hopkins goes down 3-4 times with stuff which looked alot weaker then the **** he was doing to Jones

Listen, at the end of the day, Roy beat Hopkins in their prime. Nuff said. Jones faced more champions, won more titles, and had reached a bit of a higher level than Bhop. So, Hopkins is trying to make himself fel better by saying Jones was scared and all that, nah, if he Roy was scared, so was bhop. Bernard is just trying to make himself feel vindicated in a sense for both of their performances. Funny how Hopkins forgot that he started all the fouling in the first place. But, being scenile is part of the aging process, I ain't mad at him. Blessings to yall
