    Floyd, Oscar and Pacquiao

There were times during the past month when the conduct of Team Mayweather had the look of an effort to sabotage the fight. A negotiator who wants to make a deal doesn’t go out of his way to antagonize and publicly embarrass the other side. But that’s what the Mayweathers and Golden Boy did.
For over twenty years, Seconds Out has been delivering the very latest boxing news, results, interviews and more.

The question is this, before the deal was signed for his fight with Oscar, did Floyd try to publicy embarrass Oscar in anyway? Can someone here fill me in?

You are comparing two different eras. Pre-Oscar Floyd had little leverage. Post-oscar Floyd is the BSD of boxing.

True, Floyd's position in boxing has changed a lot since the Oscar fight, but why did he handle it the way he did? All of this stuff should of been private and confidential.

That's the thing. People are somehow forgetting that it WAS private. For weeks.

The drug-testing was in the original contract. The one that Arum brought to Manila and said they were pretty close. And Roach is on tape saying that Team pac has no problem with olympic testing.

It wasn't until a month's worth of refusal by Pac did Team May issue the press release.

          Thanks for this

They still should of handled it much better though, Oscar and his innuendo laden blog springs to mind.
