Rxactly. A high-level professional athlete who is obsessed with his body and his fitness takes "something" . Then feels remarkable changes in his body. And doesn't wonder what he took.

He wasn't "shooting" anything into his body....

I get what you are saying, but "shooting"/injecting is the wrong term...
