Fernando Guerrero... A Star in The Making???

He looked solid in every aspect of his game. Im a little worried about his chin, since he was said to have been down twice before.

Can you believe that crowd? Been a while since I seen a crowd like that for a young fighter like him.

He does need to tighten up his defence before he steps in class. He has been fighting "opponents" and hopefully we will get a better idea where he is soon if he does step up in competition.

No doubt he gets a lot of people to come see him fight where he's from, the only guy that gets more on a consistent basis is Canelo.(we're talking prospects of course.

I'm not too worried about his chin, his conditioning and heart will overrule it unless it's a huge shot or he gets worn down.

He's been consistently drawing 6K+ when he's at home, he's already done it twice on Shobox and once on ESPN2 as the co main event.

His defense is good, it's gotten better after a few fights. It used to be loose and leaky, now his hands are glued to his chin.

He would be better served not staying flat footed the entire fight and use his legs to dictate where he wants the fight.

Yeah Fernando Guerrero could be a star in the near future. He's an exciting fighter but only time will tell if he's the real deal.

I would like to see more of him. Hopefully the comp steps up a little. Some gatekeeper or something. But problem is there are really no huge challenges besides the top few guys at middleweight.

Facing off against fellow middleweight prospect Daniel Jacobs would be a great fight.
