    With two weeks until the fight, WBO bantamweight champion Fernando Montiel (40-2-2, 30 KOs) is preparing to leave Mexico. He takes a flight this weeked to Japan to finish up his camp for the unification with WBC champion Hozumi Hasegawa (28-2, 12 KOs) on April 30 in Tokyo.       great fight,shows no fear in going to japan where it is difficult to get a decision,if he wins would like to see him against donaire if donaire goes up in weight

        This is Hozumi Hasegawa.... there is no decisions when fighting him. You get owned and/or ktfo. Montiel will take a dirt nap in 6.

          Montiel's got some balls going after him in japan.. He better stop him because I can't see him getting any type of decision there

              Actually, many foreign fighters go to Japan and win decisions.

                Hasegawa has an awful lot of decisions, in 60% of his fights, for being such a killer.


                I think Hasegawa is a very quick and tough fighter, but Montiel can crack, so it ought to be a good one.
