I would love to see Bute vs Erdei but won't happen since Erdei never fights a ranked fighter. I'd favor Bute against everyone there but he looses against Dawson.

Erdei just won the WBC cruiserweight champ Fragomeni, who was ranked in the top ten. He is now the number for the EBU lhw title and will have to face Cleverly who is also ranked.

Yes, you're right but Fragomeni is a very limited fighter and a flawed belt holder that's why he fought him, Erdei was the "lineal" champ at 175 and never fought against the top guys there, never intended to unify, not even a decent contender.

limited or not, Fragomeni has a good engine for a fighter his age and outweighed Erdei by nearly 20 pounds. Considering that Erdei is a smaller lhw to begin with, it's a good win.
