Sam Garcia, assistant trainer of Eloy "The Prince" Perez (16-0) of Salinas, California has informed BoxingScene.com that Perez will be defending his WBC USNBC super featherweight title versus Gilberto Sanchez-Leon (21-7) of Mexicali, Mexico.
