    Cotto Ruling 140? I dont know?

    Does anybody really think Cotto can rule the 140 division? I know hes got potential and is pretty big for 140 but the best opposition Ive seen him fight is Chop Chop and he bucked weighing close to 160 can he really beat Hatton, Tszyu, Mayweather or any of the other legit 140s?

                                      but that don't mean he won't whoop Cotto...

                                      Harris has been callin out Cotto for a LONG ASS TIME
