Look, you know it alls need to stop. The only reason the majority of you know who Martinez is is because of the Williams fight, which I need to obviously remind all of you, martinez had basically half a training camp. Of course he looks "ripped" compared to last time. he's had a full camp. He looks exactly like he did vs cintron before the pwill fight and for all his fights before. Dumbass statements made by dumbass people that have no foundation in FACT are rampant in these forums. Watch some boxing, do your homework before you make dumb comments.

Seen Martinez fight three times. He looks more muscled maybe he can make it work for him. Face it he either he is putting on fat or muscle. Or he is lighter then Pavlik neither are advantages. See how much your endurance improves with added muscle. I know mine does not, I trained and competed in sports for close to 20 years.

I've been an athlete all my life. I've done everything from track to football coming up. There is a VERY noticeable difference between lean muscle and bulk. I feel a hundred percent better boxing and doing my training the last 8 years boxing wise because of the bodyweight exercises and plyometrics. Lifting heavy weights day in and day out caused me all sorts of problems. yeah i got "big" and felt strong but I never ached so much in my life. i'm getting side tracked now. anyhow, my point is that the "bulk that sergio supposedly has is actually lean muscle mass built for what he is about to do tomorrow night. he's not a former NFL'er going in to do the "Ultimate Fighter" and get gasses before the first round closes like last yearsseason of the heavyweights. that was the most pathetic thing I have ever seen. Guys that could bench 405+ for reps yet can't fight a lick.

I trained in track 1500 meters and 3000 meters cross country running and Judo and Karate. I would have like to taken up boxing but we don't have that around here. I just see a 3 min round as close to a mile run as far as endurance. Sergio needs to be moving a lot and Pavlik is a pressure fighter. I believe Sergio is a bit heavier then the Pwill fight. I would rather move with less weight on me. Put 10 pounds of muscle on any runner it does not help. I think Sergio needs to move a lot to win. I don't think adding weight helps.

Yeah. Pavlik trains hard, he just a has a weird, skinny kind of undefined build. Kelly would never get cut like Miranda or Taylor etc

No matter how bad a shape Pavlik looks, I have a feeling Pavlik is still gonna come out with a victory. I'm new here guys how do you bet here? lol
