What exactly does Oscar De La Hoya do for GBP ?

I understand that he's a major partner, along with Schaefer. But, all I ever see him do as a promoter is the same thing he was doing when he was a fighter, which was wave to the crowd and smile for the cameras, and said only things people wanted to hear(obviously he's involved with developing his stable of young fighters).

But, whenever business deals are being negotiated, you hardly hear him involved, it's always Schaefer's name being mentioned. I can already imagine Oscar De La Hoya negotiating deals by himself in front of major businessmen, lmao. Can you imagine, umm, ahhh, yes, i guess that's a good deal.

Outside of what I already think he does for GBP, what else do you guys think he does for his company, besides being the poster boy?
