Haye is the quickest HW, yeah well his last two opponents had to chase him around the ring so he is pretty quick! Altho, he took a number of shots from the light punching Ruiz that if they'd come from a K would have meant REM sleep. Anyone of the caliber of Arreola, Thompson, Chambers, Gomez and Peter have the potential to beat Haye. Haye would be the favorite IMO in every fight, but out of a couple fights he would eventually lose one or two.

Haye knows that. He had zero mandatory title defenses at CW and 1 at HW (against a 38 year old bum). He was on the record saying "You won't see me trying to defend this belt for a number of years".

A bit harsh on Johnny Ruiz. He took the fight to Haye and could have went the twelve if he'd had to. The British Boxing News hyped up Haye's win, but in truth he rabbit punched and threw a lot of fresh air shots.

Haye has struggled with the only top 10 HW he has faced (Valuev who was only top 10 because he robbed Holyfield). Chambers had beaten two top 10 HWs in a row before facing Wlad.

Haye would no beat Arreola, Chambers, Povetkin and a number of other HWs, that's why he's hiding in the WBA circle jerk.

I suggest you check where Chambers, Chagaev, Arreola and Johnson were ranked when the Klits beat them, by credible sources like the RING and ESPN boxing (hint, both Chambers and Chagaev were ranked higher than Haye when Wlad beat them, Haye = bum according to you).
