As far as is documented he last fought a welterweight on November 4, 2006
According timeanddate.com that's 1260 days or 3 years, 5 months, 13 days
huh?

You do know WW is a weight class right?
He fought JMM at WW. He retired Number 1 at WW so the ring felt he looked good enough to get back in the rankings.
