it has something to do with mind and tongue/vocal coordination. he thinks so fast he is always agitated he always wanted to speak his mind out but by the time he opens his mouth the thought have already passed then he needed a couple of blinks to recall what he was going to say sometimes he had already forgotten what it was that all he do is repeat himself. he devised a system to remember a sentence to guide his mind back to the original train of thoughts by saying " like i said before" when in fact he had not said it, he thought about saying it prior.
