I see alot of Sel-Righteous high hiorse riding posters as of late and gets on my nerves. Not putting it all on you because you dont be in here that much like you said. It just bugs me though.

Boxers, Golfers, NFLers, NBA players...None of these guys are above criticsm. We pump our hard earn dollars into there very pockets. You bet ur ass we can comment on them there fights, there PPV's, there heart and whatever else we want. All in all it was a good post but theres two sides to every coin.
It ain't that serious though, it's your decision to buy a PPV, there are alternatives to watching a fight (Bar, Friend's house, Strip Club). I think sometimes people just take these fighters too, too seriously. I like that some of you guys are doing shows to talk about fights and what not (which IMO is much better than a Forum where a lot of people's words get thrown completely out of context), but in the end, Boxing is a form of entertainment and that's really all it should be. I think for the most part, people troll on here just to poke fun at the people who do take their fighters way too seriously (trust me, I know a couple of them up here lol). I love Boxing and it's truly apart of my upbringing as a kid, but man...there's other things in life to enjoy besides worrying about who's not taking a drug test, who's afraid of who, why is this fighter a bum, etc. Just my 2 cents...

I agree that boxers deserve the utmost respect for putting their health on the line for what they love and for our entertainment. But it's their choice and if they're getting a lot of money from the fans then I don't think they care too much about a bit of trash talk. It's all a game anyway. They're more than happy to play their roles of good guy/bad guy to feed the hype machine and the love/hate relationships that we have with them, in order to sell their fights to us. They don't care about the opinions of fan boys. If you're a boxer, then the old saying 'any publicity is good publicity' really holds true. All they care about is that they're being talked about. Good, bad, they don't give a **** so long as they're making money.

With respect to this message board, Iust block peope if I don't like em.

Yea, most strip clubs will buy a Boxing / UFC PPV to keep the guys in house so the chicks can swindle them off for more money. They'll make the money ordering the PPV off one Private Dance lol.

I saw Tito vs Roy @ strip club.

Some of you are really cool, and knowledgeable about the sport and I like that. But most of you are cheerleaders who have nothing better to do then to hate. You guys are so quick to hate on another man's skills, money, and overall persona that I'd swear most of you were sissies.

Every man wants to win. No one wants to taste failure, and we all want to be the best at what we do. But I have to be honest. There is no better feeling in the world (maybe next to sex) then hitting a mofo right on the jaw, and busting his lip. You see one experiences a great feeling when one is inside those ropes. It's just you, and another man going at it, and yes you're in there to win. But the feeling that one gets when in a fight, or boxing match is undeniable great. When you are inside those ropes nothing matters. The world goes silent, and all your problems suddenly seem inconsequential. Sometimes it doesn't matter if you win, or loose. You may loose the fight, but you have proved something to yourself. You are in there doing what you love to do, and no one can take that away. It is one of the greatest feelings in the world.

You guys fail to realize that boxing is a sport that defines who you are. Every man who steps inside of those ropes has inevitably shown his heart, courage, and desire to win. You go in there knowing that you could get the beating of your life, yet you sacrifice yourself, and train to the fullest of you abilities. A lot of you sissies have never even stepped into a boxing gym let alone a ring, yet you are so quick to call these warriors *******, and bitches. You are so quick to judge them, and criticize them, but you will never step inside of their shoes, and you wouldn't even last a second if you tried. You sit behind your computer screen, safe in your home talking **** about another man who has proven himself to be a warrior; but what have you done? besides jack off, and get rejected by woman? Boxing is a beautiful sport, which undeniably deploys the courage, heart, and commitment of another human being.
