Because Pacquiao's fans are scared of what is waiting behind "the curtain"... what MIGHT be revealed.They lack the confidence and don't wish for this kind of clarity.
Then they turn around and say "it is a commission's issue",knowing damn well that the commission would never admit to their faulty testing that has allowed fighters to slip through the cracks and abuse PEDs.They fail to realize that it is a contract request,just as the ring size,glove size,penalty,etc (all of which serves one man exclusively and gives Manny advantages...) Floyd's request serves both parties...unless someone is dirty.
