In an interview by Greg Leon, Bob Arum stated that Manny Pacquiao is definitely fighting again this year. If he loses the election, it will likely be in September, while if he wins the election, it will likely be in November. Arum also mentions that he doesn't know what's going on with Edwin Valero outside of published reports, and that he might float the idea of a Pavlik-Margarito fight in the future.

I seriously doubt that Margarito's chin can be effective at 160, he has sparred and fought against a lot of opponents that Pavlik's fought/intended to fight(Rubio, Martinez, P-Will, Mora)
